Not a camera.
A street that talks back.
Everything is pinned to its real coordinate, so it stays where it belongs. Turn around and the world turns with you. The things do not follow your screen. They belong to places.
No map to read. No menu to open. You look, and it has already answered.

you are holding the lens
move across the street
Three things float in the glass.

Billboards
Hanging in the air over the direction of a real place. A café two streets away puts something in its own doorway, and you see it from here.

Beams
A soft column of light standing three hundred metres off, where somebody left something waiting. You walk to it because you can see it.

The cone
What is behind you, and which way to turn. Not “in two hundred metres”. That way, the way you point at a friend across a square.
This is the app, today, on a phone.

The camera view. Real venues, real distances.
Burj Al Arab, 103 ft away.

Nearby, with everything in reach.
Dining, wellness, nightlife, events, drops, quests.

The radar.
What is around you, and how far.
The interface, the venues and the distances are real. In this capture rig the camera backdrop is a stand-in image. A real field capture replaces it with no other change.
The distance is the game.
You cannot tap your way to it from the sofa. The thing is three hundred metres away and the only way to get it is to go there. That is not a limitation. That is the entire product.
A reason to take the long way home.
- 1A beam you can see from here, and a walk you decide to take.
- 2Arriving is the proof. Nothing else has to be checked.
- 3Your ordinary route past the same shops becomes a route with things on it.
- 4Nobody can farm it from a desk, which is why what you collect is worth something.
- 5It works best on the walk you were taking anyway. That is the whole design.
You keep it.
Even if we disappear.
What you pick up is held by you, not stored in our database as a row we could delete. If bonuz shut down tomorrow, the voucher, the membership, the thing you earned, all of it still exists and it is still yours.
Leave something for a stranger.
Anyone can hang something in the air: a shop, an artist, a schoolteacher, you.
A shop
Something in its own doorway, priced at about what a coffee costs.
An artist
A piece that only exists on one corner, and only for whoever walks past it.
A person
A note, a gift, a small thing left where a friend will find it.
statusOpen placing with money attached is not switched on yet. The curated set is live.
A place. A proof. A payoff.
A drop you find is fun. A quest is a task with somewhere to be, something to show for it, and something at the end.
- A place
Somewhere real
A beach, a museum, a shop, a street corner. Being there is half the task.
- A proof
Something to show
You arrived, you did it, here is the picture. A bot cannot stand on a beach.
- A payoff
Something at the end
A reward that is yours afterwards, not points in an app you will abandon.

This one is real, and it is happening now.

The field trip
A class walks a trail and the buildings introduce themselves, one at a time.

The yoga coach
A class in a park that anyone walking past can see is on, right now, forty metres that way.
